According to the FBI crime reports in 1960 there were 288,460 violent crimes in the United States.
In 2010 there were 1,246,248. These are the reported numbers. Not everything gets reported and not every police department reports the same information the same way. In the same year, there were over 9 million property crimes.
It only matters if you are one of the 1,246,248. They didn’t plan on being a victim either. Let us help. Join the Alliance.
